I have a short nose, and among several hospitals, this was the only place that didn't say to use donated rib cartilage. But I think septal cartilage alone won't give me the line I want, so I'm worried. They say it's famous, but I don't think there is as much information about it as I expected. I waited for more than an hour, so I was exhausted and couldn't even ask everything I wanted to ask.
