There is a 10,000 won consultation fee including the CT cost, and this was a nose consultation with Director Seo Seung-jo, but he seemed kind of busy. I don't plan to make my nose much higher, but he lifted my nose so much that I was startled. It seems like it would turn out to be a nose that photographs well for SNS, and it looks like it would come out really dramatic, but since this is a revision and it would use costal cartilage and feel excessive, our desired directions were different, and there was no compromise. He was basically saying, if you're going to do it that way, why even do it, so I didn't feel good.
