I went with high expectations because they're famous for noses, but it was more than I expected Maybe because what I wanted was different, but from the start they bluntly said it couldn't be done in the direction I wanted, and after that the consultation felt rushed I was a little disappointed! I asked after the CT scan whether the septum could be used, and they said it could. But at other places they all said it was too small and couldn't be used! It varies by person, but I don't think it was a good match for me!
