They take photos of my eyes and look at them while explaining things. Even though they seemed to be squeezing in consultations in the middle of a busy schedule, so there wasn't much room to breathe, they did seem professional. The manager also didn't pressure me with 'do this, do that' recommendations. It felt like they were trying to fit things to my eyes as much as possible.
