The director was kind, and the procedure took place in a more comfortable atmosphere than I expected. After checking the problem, he first explained the solution slowly, and he seemed so confident that I felt reassured too. Later I had a consultation with the consultation manager, who explained things well and answered all the extra questions I had. She also showed me the before-and-after photos on the website and gave detailed explanations in addition to the director's consultation. Overall, I was satisfied.
