I only went for a consultation, so I’m not sure, but they were blatantly unfriendly. The director had sweat all over him, as if he’d come in from surgery in the middle of it, and he looked exhausted. Before the consultation was even over, he wrapped it up roughly and left. When I showed the photos I wanted, the head coordinator and the director laughed together and made a scene. The coordinators’ atmosphere was chaotic and noisy too. There were really a lot of Chinese patients. I finished the consultation without knowing the price or anything else.
