Both the manager and the director were kind. The director was confident that the surgery could turn out naturally well. They kept adjusting the line several times and seemed to be trying to understand the style I wanted. The manager kept bringing up the reservation deposit, and I liked it enough to make a reservation, but in the end I had it done somewhere else.
