The director and the manager were both kind. It was my first time going around to clinics, so I didn’t ask that many questions, so the consultation wasn’t very long, but they shaped the line and explained everything that was necessary. The director, when he came in, told me I’d had a hard time coming in this heat, and kept calling me by name in a playful way as he went around. That was refreshing lol The manager applied a bit of pressure to book.
