The wait didn't seem very long. The manager was kind, and as with any hospital, there was surgery upselling. The clinic facilities looked good too, but the doctor was a little scary. It was Director Song, and he didn't push surgery at all, but you do need to explain clearly and specifically why you want the surgery.
