I consulted with two of the three surgeons, excluding Dr. Hwangbo. They explained my eyes in such detail that I liked it. But I hesitated so much about the surgery.. So I left a deposit and went back to the hospital to cancel it, and they refunded it in a really cold manner. Seeing that made me think I was glad I didn't have surgery here. If something went wrong after surgery, I feel like they would react even more like that. There were a few consultation managers, I think, but the one I met was kind to me, and during the consultation she asked whether my eyes looked like in-out or deep-set double eyelids. When I said in-out, I could see that she looked pleased lol. Another manager said, "Oh, one of your eyelids has loosened?" and I could see them trying to hold back laughter, which left me feeling upset... But this was 3 years ago, so I don't know what it's like now.. There was a time on another forum when there were lots of comments saying they were good, but looking at the hospital brochure photo reviews there.. maybe it was a hospital with a lot of brokers.
