I didn’t even get virtual surgery, and the director was kind, but I felt like communication wasn’t smooth? Especially the consultation manager had absolutely no kind tone or manner of speaking, and I even got the feeling that she was rude, so although the surgery itself would be done by the director, overall I felt this place just wasn’t for me.
