I'm not sure what they mean by expectations. I got it with natural adhesion because that was what they advertised the most at the time, and my younger sister and I both had it done. My sister's turned out natural and pretty. From the start, I wanted something flashy and large, and I drew the line myself. Maybe that's why the swelling lasted for over a year. The asymmetry was really severe, so I went back, and they said one side was uneven because of the Mongolian fold (there was no explanation before surgery)... I just lived with it feeling more or less satisfied, but now, 5 years later, it has loosened, and I'm looking into revision surgery. My sister is too.
