The director speaks gently, but clearly distinguishes between what is needed and what isn't. I liked that they explained well how the surgery I wanted would not match the part I was worried about if it were added. They shape the double eyelid fold in line with current trends, but since everyone seems to do that well wherever you go, I wasn't especially drawn to it... The manager is quite pushy about the deposit. I know the director is very confident in his skills, but even if I didn't set the surgery date now, they kept talking about putting down a deposit and giving a discount, which felt burdensome.
