One side under-eye fat had sagged downward, so I underwent under-eye fat repositioning. The surgery was done through an incision, and I am very satisfied with it. I was worried about scarring, but they made the incision under the eyelashes so it is not visible at all, and even now the under-eye fat is well organized and the aegyo-sal sits symmetrically.
