One side under my eye had sagged downward, so I got fat repositioning under the eyes. The surgery was done through an incision, and I am very satisfied with the results. I was worried about scars, but they made the incision below the eyelashes, so there is not a single visible mark, and even now the under-eye fat is well organized and the aegyo-sal sit symmetrically.
