Ha... Two weeks ago, I had functional rhinoplasty (cosmetic + rhinitis + deviated septum) at a well-known hospital in Gangnam, and now it’s been 2 weeks since surgery. One side of my nose kept feeling blocked, so at the 2-week mark I went to the hospital and told them my nose was still blocked and seemed slightly crooked. When they looked with an endoscope, my septum was deviated... So they said they would do it for free, not as a paid procedure, in about 3 months, so I felt relieved and left! Has anyone else had functional rhinoplasty and then needed revision surgery because the septum was deviated like mine?
