I went for a rhinoplasty consultation, and there were a lot of foreigners, especially Chinese people. I was surprised because the wait was incredibly long. The consultation was detailed, and they adjusted things toward what I wanted. But they definitely seemed very busy. It was one of the clinics that left an impression on me because the wait was long and there were many foreigners.
