I went in thinking about tip plasty with cogon graft and hump smoothing because I have a high bridge, a bulbous nose tip, and a hump, but when I consulted the doctor, he said just as much and additionally recommended osteotomy if I wanted it. The consultation was only about 5 minutes, and it ended after showing me with Photoshop what it would look like, so I did not feel it was very professional. I was drawn in by natural-looking before-and-after photos from the closed-approach method, so I went there, but I do not feel very sure, so I am still thinking. The doctor was kind, and so was the manager.
