In the end, I think autologous cartilage is the answer Donated rib cartilage gets absorbed I’m getting a piggy nose, I seriously want to cry On top of that, I developed nasal valve stenosis too But the hospital where I’m planning to do it again doesn’t do functional nose surgery So I have to do functional and cosmetic surgery separately haha I want to cry. I guess I was unlucky
