About 20 years ago, because there was a slight hump, they performed osteotomy and made a completely different nose for me. The tip was round, like a curved bridal-veil nose. At the time of my surgery, the hospital wasn’t that big, so when I went back for follow-up visits, I would sit at the computer and chat casually with the director. Ten years later, inflammation developed in the silicone area and problems came up, so I had it removed at another hospital and had it redone naturally. At that time, they said the nose looked obviously operated on but was pretty.
