I’m a 23-year-old man, and I have a hump nose with a slight bulbous nose. Do I absolutely have to get an implant?? I just want it to look natural, with the nasal tip and nostril reduction, and use autologous costal cartilage or septal cartilage for the bridge, but I’m scared it might droop later Could you tell me a good hospital or the director’s name?
