Finally, it’s been 1 month, so I’m writing a review Since last year, I felt like my nasal tip was gradually drooping, and my nostrils also looked uneven, so it bothered me every time I took photos At first, I tried to just let it go, but as time passed, it seemed to get worse, so I eventually decided on revision surgery I went to consultations at several hospitals, but at some places the consultation ended roughly, and at others I felt like they were recommending excessive treatment At An Plastic Surgery Clinic, first of all, the CT scan was free, so I went without feeling burdened The director looked at the CT and explained one by one why my nasal tip had dropped and what the reason for the asymmetry was Unlike other hospitals, they even explained the surgical method in detail, so I felt trust I also liked that it’s a single-director clinic, so the same doctor personally handles everything from consultation to surgery, so I decided to go here For the surgery, I had the silicone implant on the nasal bridge replaced, and for the nasal tip I had ear cartilage + donated costal cartilage On the day of surgery, it was under sleep anesthesia, so it ended comfortably. I had a great sleep, and when I woke up, it was already over The next day, I went to have the nasal packing removed, and that hurt a bit. But it was bearable At 1 week, I had the splint removed and the stitches taken out, and from then the shape started to show. I thought, oh, this is pretty good? There was still some swelling until week 2, but the hospital managed it with swelling injections, so I think it went down quickly Now that it’s been 1 month, my nasal tip definitely hasn’t drooped and is firmly supported From the front, the asymmetry has also improved a lot, and overall it feels balanced Before, I was really worried it would droop again over time But this time, since it’s donated costal cartilage, it feels like it’s being held firmly? The swelling still hasn’t completely gone down, so I think I’ll have to wait more for the final shape. But I’m satisfied even now
