I went there because the doctor was actively involved in an oculoplastic surgery research society. They wrote the first paper on non-incisional ptosis correction, and seemed likely to know a lot about ptosis correction. They listened carefully to the symptoms in my eyes and explained overseas cases and cases of similar conditions. They seemed to have many achievements from communicating and conducting research with various doctors overseas. They were the only doctor who listened with interest to the symptoms in my eyes. It was a valuable consultation experience where we thought together about what surgical method would fit my symptoms and could consider where the problem might be.
