I had nose surgery 20 years ago, and now I’m planning to remove it

20 years ago, I only had silicone inserted into the nasal bridge, and I’ve lived fine without any problems since then. I was okay even after having my first child, but after giving birth to my second child a year and a half ago, my immunity dropped a lot?! (I started getting rhinitis + bronchitis that I never had before, once every 2 months) But early this month, at dawn, out of nowhere, my eye suddenly went pop!! Something felt strange with my nose..... I went to the bathroom half-asleep and looked in the mirror, and wow,, my nasal bridge was swollen like I was wearing Groucho glasses!!! And now about 3 weeks have passed. The swelling has gone down, but there is still bruising on the nasal bridge. I’ve booked consultations at a few places, including ㅊㅁ, ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅈㅇㅈ. I’m planning to remove it. But the problem is, I’m so worried that if I remove it, my nose might look more upturned. Of course, no matter how much I worry, I’ll only know after consulting a doctor. I only had silicone inserted, and if I remove it after 20 years due to contracture, is it possible to go back to my original nose? Is that too shameless of a hope?
