First of all, I have no implant, and I had septal extension done at the nasal tip. My original nose had a hump, the nasal bridge was slightly crooked, and the nasal tip was droopy (about like Kim Ji-won's nasal tip). For the surgery, they shaved down the hump and did lateral osteotomy, and I think the crooked nasal bridge was corrected while doing the lateral osteotomy at that time (but the horizontal width of my nasal bridge became narrower). The reason I want removal is that after lifting the nasal tip, my frontal appearance became a bit ridiculous-looking (by my standards), and it was a nose where my nostrils didn't show, but even though it seems like it changed only slightly, that difference feels huge. I wasn't especially someone obsessed with the midface either, but I don't know if the surgeon wanted to make my midface look shorter. I think my original nose suited my face better and looked more intelligent and elegant. And after the septal extension, one nostril became narrower, so breathing is uncomfortable too, and my nasal tip is hard and heavy, so I decided to remove everything without leaving anything behind and without any further manipulation. The surgical direction I'm aiming for matches S Clinic the best, so I looked up a lot of reviews too (of course I also saw bad reviews). After seeing the shape after removal of the two YouTubers Jjakji and Hyetube (Hyesun), I became much more set on it. It feels like they insist on true naturalness rather than trying to make the shape pretty. But to my eyes, the shape after removal looked natural and pretty. This is the trace of all my deliberation so far, and because I have a fear of ketamine anesthesia, I keep putting it off (I had the feeling of being sucked into the afterlife while having sleep paralysis.) Everyone who had surgery at S Clinic, could you share your reviews, including your anesthesia experience? I heard that if you tell them in advance, they may be able to adjust the dose a little, but I'm still scared
