The tenderness and foreign body sensation are so severe that I’m thinking of having only the silicone removed early. It seems like donated costal cartilage + septal extension were placed in the nasal tip. In this kind of case, if only the silicone is removed, will the nasal tip lift a lot?… The pressure sensation is so severe right now that I think I’ll have to accept some step-off/depression.. How should the capsule removal be done? I’d really appreciate replies from anyone who has experienced this.
