I’m hoping for complete removal, but depending on the condition of the nose, you may have to leave a minimal amount of cartilage or a support structure at the nasal tip, right? If so, is there also a chance that that minimal cartilage and support structure could cause major side effects later? Like a contracted nose... I’m so scared... Or is it usually safe if only the silicone implant is removed? Assuming it’s not a nose that had inflammation or contraction... I’m curious...
