I’m thinking of doing this as truly my last surgery, as long as the cost isn’t absurdly unreasonable. If it were you, everyone, which clinic do you think you’d go to? I originally like extremely flashy noses, but I’m afraid that if I get greedy, I’ll get inflammation again, so I’m trying to calm my expectations down to a naturally glamorous style
1 ㄷㅎㄷ The consultation with the consultant and director had a lot of merit, and I also liked that they would use the same incision site so I wouldn’t get another autologous costal cartilage scar. The director seemed very confident, and they said that if there was even a slight risk of inflammation when inserting silicone, they would proceed without an implant. But I’m a little concerned that there isn’t an anesthesiologist on site..

But for autologous costal cartilage, I already have one long scar on the right, and they said they would need to make another one on the left.
