I’m curious about something when removing nose implants. If all the silicone implant is removed and only something like an autologous cartilage support strut is left in the nasal tip, is there still a chance of side effects like contracture? Assuming it’s a nose that never had inflammation, do you have to remove absolutely everything to be free from side effects? Is it okay if only the support strut is left.. Is cartilage dangerous too? I’m curious
