That’s me. My original nose is bulbous and really not pretty. But I was told I’ve developed contracture too, and one side of my nose is blocked.. so because of several issues, I think I need to remove it.. My operated nose is half-and-half pretty haha so I’m torn. If it ends up somewhere between my original nose and my operated nose, I could still have some hope, but going back 100% to my original nose feels like too much for me.. Still, would it be better to remove it quickly.. If my original nose is really unattractive, would something like cartilage tying be possible after 6 months? If I remove it now, I don’t plan to put silicone in again..
