Nose Surgery Reviews

A Satisfying Review of Jellico + Cartilage Tying + Alar Reduction

I was always stressed because my nostrils were on the larger side and the asymmetry between the two sides was quite severe. At first, I only looked into alar reduction, but once I actually had a consultation, I felt that doing only that would not harmonize well with the overall shape of my nose..Then I found out about something called Jellico through Instagram Reels, and since it was said to complement the nose while allowing quick recovery with almost no concern about scarring, I decided to do it together with alar reduction. Because of work, I needed to return to daily life quickly, so those points were probably the biggest advantages for me!During the first consultation, I showed photos of the nose shape I wanted, but the director told me very honestly that this shape absolutely could not be achieved with only ear cartilage, and that silicone would need to be inserted to raise the height..Especially since my nose had very severe asymmetry to begin with, they also told me it would be difficult for it to become perfectly symmetrical even after surgery, and gave realistic advice that if I proceeded with only ear cartilage, there would not be a dramatic change. That actually made them feel more trustworthy and put me more at ease.I absolutely did not want to have revision nose surgery, so I told them not to overdo it and to make it natural using only cartilage. I also heard that cartilage tying is good for preserving a slightly blunt look so the nasal tip would not become too sharp, so I added that too! Now, every time I look at it, it is fascinating how they smoothed out the slight hump I had on my nose with cartilage..More than anything, the alar reduction turned out better than expected, so I am really satisfied hahaOriginally, my nostrils had a strong flared look, but even the severe asymmetry now looks almost symmetrical to the naked eye, so I only feel grateful to the directorIf you have any questions, leave them in the comments. Every time I look at photos of my old nose, I am truly satisfied
