I feel like after enough time has passed since nasal implant removal, it probably won’t cause issues, but has anyone here gotten pregnant after removal surgery? I’m planning IVF, and I’m wondering whether it would be okay to start when I’m two months post-removal. In the case of an operated nose with implants, I’ve heard that pregnancy can sometimes cause inflammation due to hormonal changes. Since IVF involves a lot of hormone injections, I’m worried whether my nose will be okay at two months after removal. Part of me thinks I may be worrying for nothing since there’s no implant anymore, but my nose still isn’t in a stable phase, so I also feel like it could have some effect.

Does a slight step-off during the contraction phase naturally disappear once the contraction phase relaxes? When I first had the splint removed, maybe because of swelling, there was no step-off, but around the one-month mark, a very slight

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMar 4 A hospital that used artificial dermis without prior notice
It was supposed to be implant-free, but after the surgery was over, they said they had placed artificial dermis over it because they were worried the cartilage at the nasal tip might show through. I don’t know the reason, but even though…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMar 4 These are before-and-after surgery photos. Is the difference big? (Natural nose -> operated nose, not after removal)
Be honest lol. In real life, the difference is really big, you know? It was raised by 3.5 mm, but in photos it doesn’t look dramatic. I’m thinking of removing it because of psychological anxiety, but I’m going crazy worrying I’ll regret…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMar 4 Timing for Nose Implant Removal
The director who did my first rhinoplasty said we should wait and see for 6 months to 1 year before doing either revision surgery or removal (he said it’s not good to open it up frequently). I’m definitely planning to remove the silicone…
