Nose Re-Surgery

After revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage, I thought the cartilage was showing through, but it was contracture..

While removing Gore-Tex, I was thinking about removing everything, but the doctor recommended silicone for the bridge + autologous costal cartilage, and said there was absolutely no way contracture would happen, so I had the surgery. From 6 months later, the shape started looking strange, but I didn’t know what had gone wrong. The doctor who operated on me apparently changed jobs. At the hospital they moved to, they said they absolutely don’t follow up on patients from the previous hospital and refused to see me. The head director at the hospital where I had surgery said it wasn’t contracture without even looking closely. They vaguely suggested lowering the bridge, refining the nasal tip, or covering it with dermis.. They told me to decide and contact them if I wanted something like a refund. It sounded like they meant an insurance adjuster would get involved. But after looking carefully in the mirror and reading the comments everyone here left, it feels like the flesh is being pulled toward the bridge area where the silicone was inserted, and overall the tissue feels hard and tight, so it seems like contracture. When I hold both sides of my nose and pull the skin downward, the cartilage seems to show through less. If the problem were thin skin, it would have shown through from the beginning!! I’m so shocked that there are people here who say they had the exact same result from the same place and can even guess the hospital name I trusted only the aesthetic sense of the doctor who confidently posted the surgical method on their blog and had the surgery, but I feel like I stepped in crap. I’m pregnant now, so I can’t even have revision surgery right away. What should I do? From the front, the cartilage shows as a round shape at the nasal tip, and because the skin has thinned, it looks so clearly visible. Is it really true that it won’t pierce through? Please help me
