I had it done through this community as soon as I became an adult. I still have no side effects or contracture. Since I wanted a natural look, they tied the nasal tip and only raised the nasal bridge by 5 mm. The surgery was done under local anesthesia, and they woke me up in the middle, tied it at different millimeter levels, sat me up, and let me see how the height would look in everyday life. But now my desired aesthetic has changed, so I want to raise the nasal tip a little more and lower the nasal bridge.
