I had my septal extension removed because it felt uncomfortable, and since it would droop if everything was removed, they only put in support pieces. But I really do not like the shape. It droops, so I am looking into getting a revision somewhere else. I do not even know if the doctor is kind. I am a little scared. Oh, and during the surgery, I woke up a bit at the end, and when they were stitching my nostrils, it hurt so much. They said it was all done and told me to bear with it, but I have had nose revision surgery several times and this was the first time it hurt like this. It hurt so, so much... And yeah, there really is a reason why there are hospitals that specialize in removal. So, so much.
