Open surgery felt burdensome, so I asked if I could just do nostril reduction, and they said it was possible, but that it would not be very effective for actual facial improvement. It was not exactly pressure, but they calmly explained that, if possible, it would be better to come in with my own thoughts decided. In the photos, it looks natural, but when I looked at actual surgical clients near the desk, the columella was slightly protruding and the nasal tip had a glamorous feel. They realistically said that, objectively, my midface is sunken, so if I want to bring out more three-dimensionality, the nose needs to be projected. They were calm and explained everything in detail. Here too, donated costal cartilage, silicone, bulbous nose correction are included, and they also mentioned nostril reduction and a short nose? They also mentioned a slightly hump nose.
