I went for a consultation because I wanted to correct my bulbous nose and restore my nose that had been damaged by nose filler + Hiko. The director was kind and handled the consultation well. However, they did not take a CT scan or check the line. It felt like a consultation at a university hospital plastic surgery department. The bulbous nose correction can be resolved as I expected with nasal tip cartilage repositioning, but they said silicone would need to be inserted because of tissue that may get pulled out due to adhesions while removing the Hiko threads, so I’m 고민ㅜㅜ The consultant explained the director’s explanation clearly once again, and while looking at the overall harmony of every part of my face, it was the kindest consultation among all the clinics I’ve been to so far. But I did wonder whether this should be done with the director instead.. Because of the filler and thread removal, it counts as revision rhinoplasty, so it’s expensiveㅠ Still, the director prioritizes natural-looking results above all and seems to think a lot about safety, so I’m looking forward to the surgical outcome, and for now I’ve put this clinic on my candidate list.
