Surgery info Implant: MENS High 450cc Incision: inframammary fold
I have a fairly large rib cage, but my breasts were really small, with poor cleavage and no upper-pole volume... that was the kind of chest I had. I was reluctant to show my bare body in front of others... Anyway, after living for 30+ years, even when I dated, I had no confidence and was always busy trying to hide myself. Seeing myself like that, I decided that if I was going to keep living this way, I might as well just get breast surgery. I looked for a clinic right away and got the surgery done super quickly lol
I keep regretting so much that I should’ve done this earlier, and wondering why I was so scared and wasted my whole 20s... As I said, since my rib cage is on the larger side, the implant size needed to be somewhat big for it to look natural and suit my body, but there actually weren’t many places that said it would be okay to put in a larger implant than expected..
So there were a few times when I went all the way to consultations and came back empty-handed. I really wanted to get it done quickly, but since it was my first breast surgery, I couldn’t just do it after a rough search, so I think I went on consultation tours every Saturday for a whole month... Since it was Saturday, it was even harder to book consultations.
Then I found a clinic where I liked both the consultation and the reviews, and most importantly, where surgery with large implants was possible, so I booked a date right away and had the surgery.
450cc is a fairly large implant size, but when you see it in person, it doesn’t feel overwhelming at all. If anything, it feels like it brings out my body shape better.
For breast surgery, there was discomfort only up to exactly one week after surgery, and after that it was okay! But even the first week after surgery wasn’t extremely painful or difficult, more like it was slightly hard to move my upper body freely?
More than that, it feels fascinating that my breasts are heavier now, and I’m still not fully used to it, so I feel like I’m about to develop a habit of hunching my shoulders. I should fix that soon lol
