It has been 2 weeks since I had 2 types of facial contouring (zygoma, square jaw) at Noh Jong Hoon. Actually, it has been a little over 2 weeks, but I’m only writing this now.. After day 7, the swelling definitely went down quickly, so my facial contours became more defined, and the bloody phlegm and runny nose also decreased a lot. Then on day 14, I went to the hospital and had the stitches inside my mouth removed. Even though they used gargle anesthesia before removing them, it still hurt a bit After the intraoral stitches were removed, the swelling inside my mouth went down a lot too, and food gets stuck less. I still can’t chew hard foods, but I can chew and swallow anything moderately soft. For meat, I can only eat thin types like beef brisket. I’ve been sleeping sitting up since the day of surgery, and I think that’s the most effective for reducing swelling. A lot of the major swelling went down, so after day 10 I went around without a mask.
