I received square jaw Botox treatment, and had a consultation with the manager without a separate consultation with the director. Basic guidance and explanations were provided, but I felt that detailed analysis of my individual face shape or a customized consultation was somewhat lacking. The clinic facilities were generally clean and well organized, so it gave a good hygienic impression. However, the atmosphere felt like a factory-style system with fast turnover, so it was difficult to expect an in-depth consultation. Overall, it was an average experience, with no major strengths or weaknesses.
