I have thick skin and a bulbous nose with a chubby nasal tip, but I'm scared of silicone because of side effects, so I’ve been looking into rhinoplasty without implants. I saw people say that if your original nasal bridge is low, you can’t do it without implants, so I’m worried Is that true?... Is that something you can only know after going for a consultation?... I want to do it without implants, but I’m also curious whether everyone who does it already has some nasal bridge. I’ve looked at hospitals ㅊㄷㅊ, ㅁㅇㄷㅇ, ㅈㅅㅌ, and ㅋㅂㅈ, but please recommend a few more.
