Hoping no one else ends up suffering like I did, I’m stating in advance that there is no false information anywhere in this post.
If you scroll down a little, I’ve written out the things you should know beforehand, so please read it at least once.. Also, not only the hospital where I had surgery, but I also found that many lower eyelid repositioning clinics similarly do not provide proper aftercare afterward. Please keep that in mind as well....

I had lower eyelid fat repositioning + nano fat grafting for dark circles + front cheek grafting at Ino Plastic Surgery Clinic in Sinsa.
After that, I developed a huge number of side effects?
★ Side effect symptoms ★
★ Lost sensation on half of my face, seems like nerve damage (tingling and numbness all the way to the cheekbone, nose, under-eye area, and lips) ★ Three-white-eye appearance (the under-eye area is fixed and doesn’t lift, so the eyes look uneven, and when I smile one eye doesn’t close completely) ★ Dark circles (they got worse; people around me notice right away and say my dark circles are so much worse..) ★ The aegyo-sal border disappeared / symptoms of entropion are also visible
* They also discarded the before/after photos and wouldn’t let me check them (is this really a professional clinic?)
During the consultation, they said it’s professional, that people were lining up to have surgery without even meeting the director. Don’t trust everything the consultation manager says 100%..
So I think you need to be careful about being swayed by things that sound tempting.
After these side effects appeared, I asked for a follow-up with the director, but they didn’t schedule one?
(It’s a long story, but I’ll only write the facts) They kept saying to wait, kept saying it needs time and must be observed, and kept persuading and avoiding me, but they never arranged a follow-up with the director.
I’m writing this hoping no one like me suffers again.
If you’re interested in lower eyelid surgery or before surgery, please read this once and make a choice you won’t regret.
First, I know the clinic where I had surgery has a lot of promotional posts on this community, Yeouya, and Gaasa, etc.
I can’t tell whether they are real reviews, promotional posts, brokers, or agency content,
but if you make a surgery decision after reading an unverified post and then get side effects, that’s the most frustrating thing. There is no going back. Once something is damaged, no matter what cost you pay, it can never return to how it was. That’s the fact.
★ As someone who has had surgery, I really regret choosing this clinic because I couldn’t find posts like this. Don’t regret it like I did. Even if you do regret it, regretting it while knowing the facts and regretting it without knowing are completely different. I hope no one like me suffers again.
Then, after 8 to 9 months, I was finally able to have a follow-up with the director. But the answers I got after the follow-up were personally unbelievable, and since I couldn’t understand them, I requested another follow-up with my guardian present.
★ They boldly gave false information, saying that having a follow-up with a guardian violates medical law.. I was so dumbfounded that I asked several times. The coordinator team and the consultation manager both gave that false explanation. (I have call and KakaoTalk evidence)
When I said let’s just finish with a full refund and an apology from the staff who gave false information, they said they would only process a half refund. And when I requested apologies from the staff who gave false information, they said the staff were young and the guidance was insufficient. If that happens, it creates a problem with personnel management (meaning they would quit, right?) So I told them to stop contacting me in the future about treatment, aftercare, revision surgery, refunds, etc., and closed the matter.
And then a person called the general manager? whom I had never seen at the clinic contacted me under a pseudonym. It was my first time seeing a clinic in plastic surgery use an alias. Anyway, regardless of the surgery result, if I had known the aftercare would be like this, I would not have had the surgery. And they said there is no follow-up with the director afterward originally.....without telling me before surgery either.. I hope everyone knows exactly what they’re getting into before deciding on surgery.
★★★ When you consult, ask about everything and even record it if you can..
As someone who has suffered side effects, I’ll just say one thing. Posts about side effects get temporarily handled or buried, so they are practically hard for consumers to see, which makes it difficult to make the right choice. Across all kinds of apps and communities, most of what gets posted are only the successful cases. ※ Recommendation posts, review posts, and even question posts can also be promotional posts written by clinics, and there are broker recommendations too. ★ Think about it: there are basically no patients who had a successful surgery and then keep posting reviews, commenting, and managing the post. But many people decide to have surgery after reading posts whose source they can’t verify... Please be careful and look into everything thoroughly.

A friend had it done. - They are an expert at revision surgery, they’re really good at revision surgery. - Are they good at surgery here? > Yes, they’re good there. I had it done, I had it done too, etc. - Anyone know about this?~ etc > They say this place is good. - This place is good for consultations, I was satisfied after consulting here, etc.
There are many posts that are hard to distinguish like this, so take them only as references...
People who always get cosmetic surgery should look into everything and worry a hundred times before deciding. If you look at the side effect tab on Babitalk, and the side effect tab and "real reviews" on this community, it will help (I know there are many promotional posts for consultation traffic, including community review posts, recommendation posts, and question posts... please keep that in mind)
I hope you understand the risks of surgery to some degree and make a careful decision. I’m writing this to share information and to hope that no one makes the same mistake as I did.
