About 3 years passed after my first surgery, and I gradually started to feel my nasal tip becoming firm. I was not sure if it was contracture, but after searching online communities, people said it was contracture.. so I went to many consultations. One of them was Thehada. The director was similar to how he seemed on YouTube, and probably because he has done many contracted nose cases, the consultation was detailed. I had a CT scan first, and as expected, it was contracture He suggested a plan to remove the silicone and use autologous costal cartilage, and he said it was not a severe contracture case (I wanted to use autologous costal cartilage, so I said that from the beginning). He reassured me Side effects are not something you can feel safe about just because time has passed. Overall, I was satisfied from the consultation with the consultant to the consultation with the director. Among the places I went for consultations, this was where I felt most comfortable, so I will probably do it here.
