My specs• 164 cm / 54 kg, dense breasts• I like exercise (swimming) / getting married (wedding in April 2025)• Lean upper body, wanted natural, comfortable volume• Inframammary incision + inframammary fold correction / subfascial insertion• Motiva Mini It has now been 7 days since my surgery, so I’m leaving this as both a record and a review. I like exercising and my body type is quite slim, so from the consultation I said I wanted natural, comfortable volume. So I went with the subfascial + Motiva Mini combination, and since my inframammary folds were a little uneven, I also had inframammary fold correction done! I have no bruising at all and much less pain than I expected. I was shocked because it was practically painless. I barely had swelling from the beginning, and my whole body felt comfortable, so there wasn’t much inconvenience in daily life. I really think the director did the surgery so well! Overall, recovery is going smoothly, and the line has the natural, clean look I wanted. One of the reasons I decided on Dite was that most of the reviews said it was painless, and also the aftercare! Day 1: The day after surgery, I received laser + oxygen therapy right away. Thanks to that, I feel like my recovery speed is fast and the swelling is going down quickly. I had surgery on Friday, and the next day was Saturday, so I went with my fiance, and they explained that oxygen therapy is something soccer players receive after matches and that it’s good haha.. Day 3: The director came and removed the bandages, checked the progress of the surgical sites, and a staff member first removed the sticky residue from the bandages and helped me put on the corrective underwear + upper band. They were very kind! They said it would be itchy and put gauze on in advance. They said I probably wouldn’t sleep well, but I slept very well lol. I also received oxygen + laser therapy that day. Day 7: I met the director in person and they checked my condition. I asked about the lower line, and they checked the area once more and said it was swelling, so I felt reassured haha. I had my stitches removed today and can shower! A staff member explained the instructions extremely kindly, and I received Capsulitis? that treatment together with laser care. They said it helps prevent capsular contracture and has a skin-regeneration effect. Oh, and I’m free from the upper band! I still have to wear it when sleeping, but they said I don’t have to wear it during daily life. Since their system consistently includes oxygen/laser/capsule care from the early stage, recovery definitely seems fast, with almost no swelling or pain! It hasn’t fully settled yet, but the shape is becoming more natural and the inframammary fold is being arranged nicely, so I’m 100% satisfied so far. I really want to recommend it to people who are scared of surgery or worried about pain! The saying that it’s manageable once you get through the first two days seems exactly right haha
