In middle and high school, I didn’t wear a bra for years, so my breasts sagged and my nipples moved downward, which stressed me out. My ideal look was also glamorous, huge uu breasts, so after going around for consultations, I went to consultations at Clinic N and Clinic S.
Reasons I chose Director B at Clinic S 1. It is not a factory-style clinic 2. The director explained surgical sterility with a lot of confidence and seemed to have pride in it. When I had other plastic surgery before, I hadn’t really done proper consultation shopping, so at least for breast augmentation with implants, I really wanted to choose a place with a proper surgical environment and a skilled director!! 3. 1:1 anesthesiologist - breast surgery is done under general anesthesia 4. The director specializes only in breasts, does a lot of revision surgery too, and makes the shape the prettiest 5. The director’s surgical results + aesthetic sense (so many before-and-after photos; here, it looked like they didn’t retouch the before-and-after photos either, because you could see things like skin texture.. Other places all edited them to look pale, so I ruled them out) 6. Detailed consultation + aftercare 7. Completely individualized care
Days 1-3 review: Mentor Xtra, both sides 400, inframammary incision. I woke up wearing a Vob bra, and my breasts felt strangely painful. Still, the shape looked so, so pretty. I felt like it was a success. And I struggled because my mouth was dry after general anesthesia (used to it..) I was being a nuisance for 40 minutes asking the nurses for water.. But truly, among all the hospitals I’ve been to, the nurses at Clinic S were really kind. After the pain-control injection, it felt stiff, but it didn’t hurt. When it throbbed or felt stiff sometimes, I took Tylenol. I always wore the correction bra + upper band. The legendary part is that I actually didn’t sleep sitting up lol. Since I had the surgery secretly without my family knowing, I think I slept at about a 15-20 degree angle because I was afraid they’d find out.. (no point) They closed the incision area with Dermabond!! Since I was leaving the country after 1 week, the director told me to do Caps and LED care every day from day 3, so I did it every day…
1-week review: Now it doesn’t hurt at all, it just feels uncomfortable.. Even while going in for care every day and carrying a bag and things, it didn’t hurt!! The nipples that had puffed up like rockets also feel a bit calmer?? After Caps, my breasts sometimes get a little softer, but since I carry around a lot of things.. they’re still a little firm I saw the director for the last time, and they said the results were really good, so I felt relieved. The director gave me a Dorothywa bra and told me to keep wearing the Vob bra just a little longer.. Thankfully, they said I didn’t have to use that rod?? that you put between the breasts. Since I was leaving the country the next day, the director said it was a shame they couldn’t keep checking my progress consistently, and said they would check my progress through KakaoTalk video calls
Really, I think Director B at Clinic S truly provides excellent aftercare and follow-up care…
What I liked about Clinic S: 1. The surgical result!! I think my breasts turned out reaaally pretty. I think they’ll become the uiu shape I wanted, so I’m so excited for when I’m told later that I can push them together!! The director recommended Victoria’s Secret as a bra brand! I also had asymmetry, but both sides are very, very pretty. They look like anime breasts (I’m the person who brought AV breast photos to the first consultation) 2. The consultant and staff They were so kind The consultant especially had a hard time because of me.. On surgery day, I went without removing my gel nails, so the consultant filed my nails for me.. Maybe I had used too much strengthening agent, because even though I had soaked them with acetone before going, it took so long I was really, really grateful 3. Aftercare + care + follow-up progress checks 4. Breast shape 222 I’m truly extremely satisfied every time I look at them!!
Regret: I should have gone bigger At the first consultation, I was going to do 425 on both sides, but when I tried them on they felt too heavy, so at the second consultation I chose 400 I should have been a little greedier
