I think I had surgery with L-shaped silicone using a closed approach, and ear cartilage or septal cartilage wasn't used either. I'm looking into removal because of the foreign-body sensation, implant show-through, and crooked nasal bridge. But before surgery, my nose was short, low, and wide-spread. It still does when I smile now too, but it spreads a lot. So much that I barely had nasolabial folds ㄷㄷ After surgery, my nose got a bit longer, and I think my overall facial balance improved. So rather than going completely back to my original nose, I still want it to look prettier than my old nose. If nasal spreading is my biggest concern, would cartilage tying be effective?? I don't want to put in another implant Right now I'm waiting for consultations at ㅅㅅㅇ, ㅅㅇ, ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅊㅁ, ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ.
