Today marks one week since surgery, so I had the splint removed. My nose is higher and longer than I expected, but I think the shape itself is okay. The nasal dorsum area seems droopy, but it won’t stay exactly in this shape, right???? The area where I had forehead fat grafting also feels like it’s bulging and dented. It’ll flatten out, right?
