Is nasal tip drooping unavoidable?

I had my first nose surgery in 2019. The materials used were septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage. But in less than a year, my nose drooped a lot, so I had only the nasal tip revised as aftercare at the same clinic, but now, one year later, it has drooped again... Is it natural for donated costal cartilage to droop..? Should I use autologous costal cartilage? Is the surgeon’s skill also important?? Please give me advice........
