About removing AlloDerm from the nasal bridge + full nose removal

First surgery: 2 mm silicone on the nasal bridge + ear cartilage for the nasal tip + a little AlloDerm

Second: AlloDerm on the nasal bridge (I understand it was about 4 mm) + autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip + a little AlloDerm because my skin is thin + very slight nostril reduction..it doesn’t even show

I had two surgeries like this

And now it’s been 9 months since the second surgery .. I want everything removed. They say that when you use AlloDerm, the nasal bridge absorbs it, but for me it doesn’t seem to be absorbing; it feels separate The nasal tip is autologous costal cartilage, so it’s extremely hard. It’s crazy

Everyone only has reviews about silicone removal, but I wish there were more reviews about AlloDerm removal and autologous costal cartilage removal too ㅠㅠ

The place where I had the second surgery did a good job. It’s just that I’m uncomfortable. So I’m planning to have the removal done at the same clinic too, but if anyone has removed AlloDerm + autologous costal cartilage, please share your review..ㅠㅠ I guess going back to my original nose is definitely impossible..?
