When I was young, I really didn’t know anything and had surgery without much thought at a factory-style clinic using silicone + ear cartilage (that’s what the clinic says, but I’m not even sure if that’s true). After more than 10 years, it feels like the silicone is breaking through and coming down inside my nostril, so I’ve scheduled a consultation at one clinic, but every single day I feel so distressed and depressed. Even before this, whenever I lightly bumped my nose or anything, the psychological anxiety made it so hard for me. Because of my appearance-related dysmorphia, now I just want to remove everything completely, and I don’t want to leave anything in my nose Is there a place that’s good at this kind of surgery? I think I’d really hate using something like AlloDerm.
